Accounts

You can browse this Website without an account. An account is needed only to buy or manage a subscription, and it is created by signing in with Apple. Devices licensed under a company agreement do not use accounts at all.

Subscriptions and Refunds

Artemis One is an annual subscription sold through this Website. Payments are processed by Paddle, our authorized reseller and merchant of record. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle's buyer terms.

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase. To request a refund, contact Paddle through paddle.net, the buyer portal where you can view your purchase and manage your refund.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the account page. Canceling stops future renewals: your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period, after which it will not renew.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, all content on the Website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and other materials, is the property of Chemical Wedding and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may view and use the content for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or republish any content without prior written permission from the Website owner.

Refund Policy

Thank you for using these applications, developed by Chemical Wedding. This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for purchases, including subscriptions and in-app purchases.

Purchases Are Processed by Apple

All purchases made within Apple's App Store are processed by Apple. As the developer, we do not have direct access to your payment information and cannot issue refunds.

All refund requests in this scenario must be submitted directly to Apple.

How to Request a Refund from Apple

To request a refund for an App Store purchase, you can:

• Go to reportaproblem.apple.com
• Sign in with the Apple ID used to make the purchase
• Find the purchase in question and select "Report a Problem"
• Choose the reason for your refund request and follow the prompts

You can also request a refund directly from your iPhone or iPad:

• Open Settings → tap your name
• Tap Media & Purchases → Purchase History
• Find the transaction and tap Report a Problem

Apple approves or denies all refund requests according to its own policies and timelines. We have no ability to influence, expedite, or guarantee the outcome of a refund request submitted to Apple.

Subscription Cancellations

Auto-renewing subscriptions can be canceled at any time to avoid future charges. Canceling a subscription does not automatically refund past charges. For this, a separate refund request must be submitted to Apple as described above.

To cancel a subscription:

• Open Settings on your iOS device
• Tap your name → Subscriptions
• Select Artemis and tap Cancel Subscription

Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to any premium features until that period ends.

Free Trials

You will not be charged until the trial period ends, provided you cancel before the trial expires.

Refunds for charges resulting from a trial that converted to a paid subscription must go through Apple.

Our Role in the Refund Process

While all App Store refunds are issued by Apple, we're happy to help in other ways. If you experienced a bug or issue with the App itself, please contact us at support@chemicalwedding.tv.

We can help troubleshoot problems, clarify charges, and, where appropriate, provide information to support your refund request with Apple. However, please note we cannot process the refund on Apple's behalf.

Non-Apple Purchases

If you have been charged for an Application outside of the Apple's App Store, and have exceeded the trial period, refunds will not be provided. Unless required by applicable law, all Transactions are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

If an application was purchased as a subscription, it is possible to cancel the subscription before the end of the billing period.

If you receive a refund on an ad hoc basis, access to the relevant application will cease immediately.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
